"Low end price and the TCL app choice is very limited for a Smart TV - mostly non-european and fairly pointless.

"Bought to replace a Samsung 48 inch and was concerned the picture quality would be missing, as the TCL range is at the cheaper end of the market, but my fears were unwarranted as it has a great picture, decent sound and was easy to install."

"Quick and easy setup. Even tuned the channels in with an in door aerial, which is impressive in itself. Light weight and does everything that I have asked of it. Oh and the picture is great."

"For the price, this is a good TV, good range of apps and smart services, good size, easy to operate. But that's where it ends. As soon as I picked up the box I could tell this TV is not up to the usual quality that I would normally purchase, but it is just an extra TV for the kitchen so I didn't want to be spending the £500 / 600 that a premium brand would cost in this size. On removing from the box, the lesser quality was confirmed, the finish, the feel, the way the screen is held to the bezel with extra tape for transit. Despite being '4K' the picture quality is nowhere near that of a premium brand, the text (for adding email addresses, passwords etc) is simply not as crisp. For the price I paid, I am pleased with it but it is true that you get what you pay for. One thing that I'm still not sure about - after having completed the initial set up, trying out the various services, watching it for a few minutes and , turning it off for the night, the next morning it launched straight into initial set up mode again. It may just be a glitch but if it does it again, it's going back."
