"Our Candy Brava CYF6F52LNW works well and in the few weeks we have had it it has been reliable. It is reasonable quite and has a little unobtrusive beep when the dish washing is completed. It's been a good choice for us."

"The machine itself is quiet and efficient but there are a few things about it that are a little frustrating. The dishwasher it was replacing was a Tricity Bendix which held 16place settings. The configuration of the top and bottom trays/baskets in this new machine is also supposed to accommodate 16 place settings but there must be a specific way of la
Offing it that I haven’t quite fathomed out yet.
The cutlery basket that came with the machine only had 4 sections and was square, whereas the one in the instruction manual has 8 but can be split in to two x 4. Theoretically this should make it more versatile with loading option. I contacted Hotpoint Candy and pointed out the difference and, to be fair to them, I received a new, double cutlery basket the next day. The problem is that it doesn’t fit anywhere and sit flat. In either it’s conjoined or separate states.
My other gripe is that the bottom basket has a stop that prevents it pulling all the way forward, on to the open door. This makes it awkward to put dinner plates I. To the back of the rack, where they should go, without having to fumble below the upper basket.
Maybe I’ll get used to it but for now, I can only conclude that whoever designed the trays has never actually loaded a dishwasher before.
I give it three stars because I am impressed at how quiet it is compared to our old one. "
