"Easy to use. Wide selection of quick programmes which helps save water and electricity cost. Wool wash very good. Cotton wash brought up whites very well. Much quieter that my previous machine. Delay setting straightforward. Has everything I want and very pleased so far"
"Was installed quickly and efficiently. Washed well and has a good selection of programmes. Like that I can set it to wash and then go on to dry with one programme. Drying programme is very clever, it only dries until it senses the clothes are optimally dry. Spin is quite loud but lowering the spin speed helped with that. "

"Paid for fitting that never happened, even though my husband managed it in 5 minutes. Then, I had to fight for a refund of fitting. Now the washer / dryer only washes, it does not dry, and it is going to take 3 weeks to get someone out to look at it "
