"I'm really pleased with both the functionality and the styling of this cooker. It looks like a premium quality product, and performs like one too cooking food right the way through. The oven is capacious, and it comes with all the shelves and trays you need. The only very minor negative is the sealant around the hob in one corner looks a little tatty, but all other finishes are spot on."

"Unfortunately my product was faulty when delivered, both Hisense and ao were lovely and friendly on the phone and have done there upmost to sort this out for me. However an engineer slot was unavailable until late next week leaving me 10 days without a cooker and a fridge full of food that will probably spoil. none of this is to do with ao I suspect it wasn't put together properly. it arrived on time and is the product I ordered so cannot fault them on that and as I said they were friendly sympathetic and tried to beat helpful as possible.
As you can imagine I was upset at first and after the item I had ordered before arrived the wrong colour and i had lost money sending it back i was a little disappointed with the situation, however talking to them showed me why I use ao because they are always so friendly and willing to help you out.
Once it is up and running I will leave a review about the product a bit more."
