"This is amazing I had a shock move a week before Xmas. I had a built in oven. This was delivered Xmas eve and it is a mains the top oven cooked roast potatoes to perfection and as I had a house full I needed the extra space this cooker provided. My sister is wanting one now. Amazing. "

"Dreadfully underpowered compared to what it was replacing. Oven takes an hour to do oven chips and the grill elements don't glow orange. Be sure to check the kW power compared to your last cooker. This turned out to be about half the power of what it replaced. Very eco friendly I'm sure but takes forever to cook anything."

"I bought this item thinking it was similar to the one I had, it is nowhere near as good, but functional. I was very disappointed when it arrived, opened the box and the surrounding of the ceramic hob was badly damaged and what appeared to be some damage through soldering was on top of the surround. The hob was was very disappointing, it looks like it has been replaced and black silicon sealing it. There is one large ring and the others are like a childs toy cooker, very small, big enough for a milk pan. There is not a proper instruction book as to the making of cakes, pastry roasts or caseroles, no recipe book, in fact there is nothing to identify its good points. Both ovens are basic, nothing to write home about, they do what they do....cook!
In conclusion I am bitterly disappointed in this cooker, albeit when I reported the damage I was give a small refund, but I had already had the electrician arranged and the cooker fitted when I rang the supplier, thus I would have been even more out of pocket if I sent it back and my own cooker had been disposed of. All in all the manufacturer must have knew it had been damaged as a soldering repair was attempted, but they sold it anyway, very bad show on behalf of Hisense, I would not recommend this cooker at all!"
