"We have used a candy machine in a rental property for the last 4 years . We never had a issue with it at all . So when we moved we opted for the candy brand again as I believe it’s a very reliable product . I’ve managed to convince my mother to buy one to . We’ve noticed that the machines are very quiet when running so we don’t need to then the volume up on the tv . Hopefully we will get many years of great service from this machine . The only thing I would say is the waste pipe is a little short for our installation. I’m sure it would be perfect for other installations . "

"Replaced twice. First time transit bolts were bent & when engineers came out they found a screw in the back of the drum. Second machine bounced all over the floor on spin. Trying a different make now."
