Very disappointed

"Brought my Hisense cooker in September 2021 April the following year the thermostat failed, engineer visited found no serial number on the cooker but managed to order a new thermostat. March 2023 same issue, Hisense didnt want to know saying as no serial number guarantee was void! i am now left with a cooker that is not fit for purpose , Store I brought from no help either very disappointed ! Other reviews state same problem so my advice is to AVOID !!"

Nice looking but could be better

"Overall a good cooker and looks nice in the kitchen.

A couple of cons. The hob marks incredibly easy! I have used it twice and already have marks that are not possible to remove. Also the door is very sharp which means its impossible not to mark your floor when fitting/adjusting. Also hurts your toes!"
