"I am satisfied with the washing machine and the deal that I got from the company. I had just moved house, and I needed to fit a washing machine in my kitchen. That’s when I figured that the AO services are exceptional. They did a lot more than I expected and have definitely raised my expectations significantly.
Engineer Adrian and Gheorghe came to install the washing machine. There was a very tight space to fit the washing machine under the shelf, but Adrian tackled the problem very well. He unscrewed the door of the washing machine and the side panel to fit the washing machine in a small amount of space. After he fit the washing machine, he screwed the door back on the washing machine and the side panel. Before they left, Adrian and Gheorghe made sure that the washing machine was functioning correctly. I wasn’t expecting the services to be at such a high standard. They really went the extra mile.
I wouldn’t knock off any star because the services that AO provided were flawless. The washing machine was installed on 6th July. I gave myself a month to test the washing machine, and then I wrote this review. I would definitely recommend the AO company for any appliances that you would want to fit.
