There was an issue with the first one being damaged in delivery but AO handled it brilliantly and a replacement was with us and connected within days.

"Decent looking washing machine that does the job pretty well. Very easy to setup. One slight issue is with the list of programs, there is a 15 min speed wash which is fine but it inevitably leaves you wondering if the clothes are going to be properly cleaned in that period - it seems like they are. The eco wash lasts about 2.5 hours which is a long time so whilst you do have the option, it's not viable if you want to do it quickly. It has a slightly annoying jingle when it finishes the wash, though I think you can turn this off."

Loads of options for washing , not sure what some options do ??. And no idea why I would want to rinse the washing up to 5 times .. Anyway a good machine so far . "
