"Lurched this machine as we had one installed in our holiday lodge we use each summer. Has a 14 minute cycle ideal for everyday clothes etc, and is vey power efficient and does the job"

"The machine is great but upon delivery, it came with a broken programme dial. It is workable but who wants a broken brand new washing machine? After contacting ao they told me to order one from Hoover, who owns Baumatic. That was on the 13/12/22. I am still waiting a month down the road for this part and have just received an email telling me it is still out of stock and they can not guaantee when it will arrive.. A simple dial? out of stock? why? how many have broken then? ao washed their hands of it."
