"Order delivered in January. Only started to use a week ago and the doors dropped out of blue!! I tried to book engineer to repair. It takes forever to be connected and the next appointment is in one week time. Finally on the day, the engineer just told me he wasn't aware the doors were broken and he hasn't got the spare parts and he had to reschedule for another appointment??!
It is the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this product at all It's unreliable and can cause serious safety concerns. The customer service is sub-contacted to another company. "
