"Great value product. Did a lot of research to replace our old fridge freezer and this was exactly what we needed, only at a much cheaper price than alternatives!
I've used AO a couple of times now and the service has always been good. However, I was a bit dismayed when AO charge £20 to remove/dispose of the old appliance; yet a couple of days before delivery I got a text offering this service for free! I would have been over the moon had I not already paid the council to do this. AO, why not offer this service for free at checkout? A little disappointed and it will make me consider alternatives next time."
