Top rack is quite low which means certain things that could fit in the bottom pack (plastic cutting boards, saucepan lids) are actually too big and need to be washed by hand.
Can't see away to adjust the levelling so this loses a star as the previous model we owned (Bosch) made better use of the internal space."

"Good service. Good machine. Bit pricey this one. The one I really wanted that was out of stock and anyway this one was more efficient on elec and water so went for it, and it had good reviews. Took about 2w to be delivered because I had asked for installation. It took 2 guys over half and hour to do that and needed some larger holes being drilled in cupboard so glad they did it, with their tools to hand than me faff about for half a day.
It dries well if you press the open door at end of wash option and it has a delay so can wait until solar panels are generating before it goes on.
The layout takes a bit of getting used to, I guess, like any new dishwasher. Top shelf is deep so easy to put saucepans on either drawer.
It's not silent but it is quiet and easy to hold a conversation whilst it's on and couldn't do that with the old one."

"Very disappointed with this machine. When our Beko needed replacing AO was out of stock of Beko machines. On the recommendation of a salesman we bought this Hisense. From the beginning we were frustrated and disappointed. The washing is only just satisfactory and the drying is inadequate. The interior is overdesigned and the door is frustratingly stiff to lower. The cutlery basket is not deep enough so all the cutlery flops about. We had the machine for several weeks and our opinion did not change.
For technical reasons we were able to exchange this Hisense for a Beko which was now in stock. What a relief! "
