"Great product, the missing star is due to there bring nothing in the description to indicate that there is a ‘step’ inside the freezer, rather than the flat bottom I was expecting."

" Fits perfectly into the space we have in our garage, giving us the extra freezer space we needed. We gave it 24 hours for the temperature to settle than checked with thermometer, it was a little lower than we wanted so just needed the dial adjusted and was soon at the -20c that we wanted.
All in all we’re happy with the purchase and would recommend this freezer"

"This is a replacement of a chest freezer I’ve had for around 15 years nothing was wrong with previous other than the rubber seal had gone but thought I’d just get a new one which is bigger.. I’m sooo pleased with the size and the fact that the controls are at the back and on top so don’t have to bend down to check which is a good feature, it’s also very quiet I have to keep checking it’s on. Customer service is great too, response to my query was dealt with on same day will definitely be purchasing from AO again and recommending *****’s all the way "

"First time I’ve owned a chest freezer and was looking for something to easily fit into a small space in the kitchen. Very pleased with it, quiet running, fast freeze ideal for big supermarket shop. I can now buy all those reduced items that I’ve previously seen but haven’t been able to fit in my fridge freezer, hopefully will save money in the long term. Overall very good value for money."
