"I have purchased a number of smeg items in the past and some through AO - all of which have been flawless, up until now. The item was described as being wired for UK power, but came with a European plug with a uk adaptor (not ideal for long-term use). The logo was cracked and looked unofficial. When I tried to enquire, I was only told that I could replace the item, but no more smeg’s in stock. I still question if it is official. Very unhappy with this product. "
