The only downside, but it might be a result of having a smaller unit, is that our plates don’t really fit in. Some are both too tall and hit the top rack or are too deep and don’t really fit in the slots."

To further improve it I would align the fold down racks with fixed racks to make positioning of lengthy items such a baking trays easier. Overall a great buy, it's quiet and easy to set up and use."
