"We have had it less than a week so a little premature to deal with all the issues. But the product looks and feels great. The ice maker is great (especially in this hot weather). But the water dispenser could be a bit colder - but this issue is offset by the ice. "

"I've had this fridge 18 months now, the Samsung engineer had been out 6 times to fix it. It has lost all power twice, the ice/water don't work. It shorts out our lights, but the worse part is Samsung's attitude, if you enjoy being on hold and trying to take days off work at short notice then this is the fridge for you!! Samsung engineers don't get paid unless they fix it apparently so they keep coming back and refusing to say it's unfixable. Samsung suggested I put my food in a cooler bag ??????? and when I said to customer services it wasn't good not having a fridge for two months their attitude was ' I wouldn't know I don't have a fridge'. Please save yourself loads of stress and buy a different brand of fridge freezer! "
