"This is definitely a quality piece of kit. You can tell it's well designed and built. The addwash door is really useful and something all washers should have. The bubble soak also seems to work quite well and the device is very quiet, even on spin.
The only downside of this product is the program cycles. For example, you can choose a cotton wash that says 1hr 20m when you select it but ends up being 3 hours in reality. The quick wash program has the same problem and is useless if you want to wash anything above 40c as it won't let you and you can't set the spin to anything higher than 800. I honestly can't think of a good reason for any of this? We end up washing everything on the mixed load function which is about 1.5 hours.
All in all though it's a good buy."

"I had my old Samsung machine for 8 years and it never went wrong. When it died....it died! Bought another Samsung because I trust them . Am always forgetting (or dropping) something to wash so the Adwash door is perfect for me. This machine is so quiet even when it spins at 1400. I love it!!"
