"Broke 3x in 6 months ending with AO kindly replacing with a different brand (after already replacing one of these machines so really I went through 2 of these one arrived unworkable, second broke twice). Wash performance was poor - lots of bubbles left in drum, sensitive to unbalanced loads to the point you couldn't wash big towels or duvets in it without rebalancing the load by hand - would just re rinse endlessly trying to rebalance itself, very long wash times (even without re rinsing on unbalanced loads!). Marketed as doing a full load in half the time BUT it's not the full 9kg load it only washes 5kg on the speed perfect option. Worst washing machine I've ever used. Did get clothes clean...but oh my the hassle. "
"Moved from another manufacturer which promised and gave a 20 year service. This machine doesn’t feel as robust or well made although the motor is very quiet. It’s nice having the larger drum and there are enough programmes for anyone’s needs. Seems to take a long time on each programme (although you can configure shorter washes). Early days. Let’s see how the next few years go!!"
