The AquaStop water inlet hose looks a little confusing and may cause some a problem compared to a standard water inlet connection, due to the aperture on the water connection side. "

"This Neff fully integrated washing machine replaces a previous Neff fully integrated machine that had lasted me almost 20 years. I have now used it about 7 times and have got used to the various different programs. I particularly like the light that comes on so you can see inside the washer drum when loading/unloading and the projection of the remaining time and wash cycle onto the floor which can be seen even when the furniture door is closed. The only minor irritation I have with the machine is that if you select a program and then alter a setting using the buttons then the next time you use the machine it forgets the alteration you made. For example, I shall almost exclusively use the ‘mixed load’ program which by default sets a washing temperature of 40 degrees and spin speed of 1400 rpm. I change that to 30 degrees and 1200 rpm but the next time I use the machine on ‘mixed load’ the setting has reverted to 40 degrees and 1400 rpm, why? Virtually every other piece of electronic equipment I own remembers the previous setting so why not this one? Neff are great machines and I definitely recommend them but really this is an annoying irritation that Neff could easily have foreseen and rectified especially since we are all being encouraged to wash clothes at 30 degrees these days."

"Have had the washing machine for a week and so far so good. Seems a great product and would rate it a 5 but AO.com insisted on charging us a £200 in install charges for it and the dryer we purchased at the same time. When the installer arrived he agreed that £200 was too much for the amount of work and got AO to refund us £100. "
