"First impressions are very good. The machine looks great. I have only used it once, but it is incredibly quiet, noisiest when filling with water! Cotton wash in just over an hour is a sensible time! Depth is slightly less than other machines so is easier to fit. The only gripe I have is the transportation bolts were not easy to remove. I would suggest if you struggle with diy, get a man in! Also, remember to do an odour removal wash before using (details on page 16 of the manual, not easy to find!) With a 5 year warranty I am expecting it to last - will try to remember to report back in a year."

"It's lovely to look at and the graphite colour is exactly as I'd hoped but the actual machine is much bigger than advertised. It doesn't fit in the space properly because the depth isn't accurate when you include the pipes and the way the door shapes outwards. Also, the rubber in the door makes the drum really smell and the clothes don't come out smelling great. I'm hoping with added extra detergent it will help. "
