"This replaced our 15 year 5.5kg Bosch washing machine and the size alone is amazing! 10kg is a huge drum size, perfect for a family of four. It has a nifty "refresh" setting for clothes that you've left in the laundry basket for too long and the shortest setting is 15 minutes (though I'm not sure how it gets clothes clean in such a short amount of time). The spin cycle is almost silent. We've only had it for a week or so, but have used many of the different settings already."

"We picked a pricey one as we wanted something modern, it’s Sleek in design and simple to operate ,light lets you check the load before starting the cycle but the drum is not very deep so small loads only ,quiet in the main however at 1400 spin speed the whole kitchen shakes despite putting the strips on that were provided .also once wash is finished, on opening the door ,there is a small pool of water in the rubber at the bottom, have to soak it up after each wash which is a faff considering the price .on the whole fine for 2 but would not suit a family with kids as not big enough "

"Good build quality, extensive functions and so very very quiet.
Top of the class.
Bad bits - the shiny black panels clearly show water marks and there is a tendency to spill water from the bottom of the door when opening.
Unfortunately my unit failed after 2 years with an irreparable vibration issue.
Haier/AO replaced the machine without any quarms.
All good.
