"Broke requiring new motor and main board after 3 washes. Absolutely terrible product.
It then has thus far taken 10 days to get an engineer out for an initial visit under warranty, plus a further two weeks for them to come and fix it after that because of when they can get parts.
Absolutely would not recommend this product."

"The washing machine is a great buy. Dealing with AO was good apart from the after use of the machine. The machine has been fitted but is not level and after one wash it is vibrating too much against the kitchen units. I now need AO machine fitting person back out to fix the level of the machine."

In one month I have saved so much money due to the 9kg capacity and 14 minute wash cycle
