"I wasn't sure about the RB31FDRNDSA to begin with but my old Sammy RL41WGIH was in it's 11th year & had started to make peculiar noises so ... Now I'm in mourning as I've just sent the best fridge freezer that I ever had off to recycle. Don't get me wrong the inside's OK, but from the outside it looks quite cheap, & no where near as glorious as my old Sam. The fridge (as far as I can make out) is an A+, but the freezer's an F! I was expecting a cooler box, as well as a crisper, so quite disappointed there. We usually buy to upgrade, but I feel I've gone backwards here. However, I choose it, although I think I must've got confused looking at so many & ordered the wrong one. You get what you pay for I suppose. Maybe in time I will grow to love it."

"Absolutely lovely fridge freezer, fits perfectly in my kitchen. Water dispenser a great function as we drink a lot of water in my house, quiet, 60/40 size so I can fit more fresh produce in the fridge, very pleased I chose this brand and AO."

"Defect ( hole) in the cold water tub on arrival AO impossible to get hold of and just fob one off into the manufacturer, unless you buy ao’s extended warranty. Fridge otherwise okay."
