"Really impressed with this dishwasher for the price. It’s almost silent when on and the automatic door opening feature is excellent and gets everything dry quickly. The cutlery drawer I was a bit skeptical about but I also really like that too and the absence of the basket in the bottom tray means you can fit so much more in its place. Only thing I can’t fit is a pizza tray as it’s too high even after adjusting the middle shelf, but I can’t complain as it’s literally the only thing I haven’t been able to squeeze in and I rarely use it.
Only downsides were I found it really confusing to set the water hardness level and it took me about 15/20 mins to figure it out. I consider myself to be good with technology so it did stump me, but maybe I was having a bad day.
Also watch out for the door when it’s open, I nearly got knocked out a couple of times when the bottom shelf rolled in. It flys shut at quite a speed.

"Works well but lower spray arm catches salt dispenser top so clunks as rotates. No way to solve as design fault so stuck with noisy appliance don’t buy as definitely not quiet. Engineer came changed the rotor arm no change at all, left without giving a solution apart from changing appliance for another model and then getting refitted. Gave up as exhausted!
This is the only problem with the appliance."
"Fits nicely, quiet and spacious. The pull out cutlery shelf works brilliantly to free up space on the other shelves for bigger bits and bobs. It is easy to use and everything has come out dry and gleaming. "
"Purchased this product and after 18 months it is not heating properly and dishwasher tablets are not dissolving. AO will not replace without an engineer’s report. Hisense will only send out an engineer on a Thursday without a time slot which I can’t arrange around work. AO have offered no alternative resolution so I now have a useless £450 dishwasher."
