"The machine is very good, quite quiet compared to our last one. The ability to control the washing machine from your phone is really handy and helps to know which function to use. The descriptions of the functions could be a bit better though"
"Seems to pump water into the machine whilst tumble drying. It also ads at least 3 hours to all pre set wash settings. AO customer service we’re very helpful but once they put the call through to Hoover the guy was rude and unhelpful!"

"Works great, but a little on the complicated side with regard to all the functions. The only slight complaint is that the central button sticks out and can be knocked and pauses the machine, which isn't ideal if (like ours) it's relatively central in the kitchen. Yet to try any of the wifi functions."
