"This is the second Hoover washing machine I've had. Glad to see they still do the 14 min wash handy if you just want to freshen up clothes. And the 59 min wash does a good wash. Like that this washer drier is easy to use, not complicated. You can change the temperature and spins on each wash if you want very handy. Very quiet when spinning/drying. All in all very happy with my purchase."

"Arrived broken
Clothes took over 12 hours to wash and dry
Gave off unsafe amounts of heat to the point of burning my child

"Reliable and relatively fast so far. Drying times are long, but they do adjust according to dryness and load size. Only negative is that clothes seem to come out more wrinkled/creased than my previous Hotpoint machine (maybe due to a smaller drum size). The installation team also found that the water hose leaked, so replaced it with a spare."

"It is actually really handy to have this product available in the Wi-fi model. The app gives a lot more control and options over the type of wash and drying options available. Until we tried the app we were not convinced but are now.
Not yet able to comment on the energy usage as it’s only been a week.
The door opening is a simple pull without any latch to press which was unexpected compared to our last one but is fine.
Overall I’m happy with the product. "
"This washer dryer is so quiet comparing my old one.
The load capacity is great. The drying seems to be taking a long time but maybe I haven't figured out all the options and I used it only once.
I haven't checked the WiFi either. "

"not very good - shakes about a lot like it can't cope with 1400RPM. Clothing never smells nice after drying cycle. Will be replacing it as soon as I can."
