"Superb machine, easy to get to grips with, the app is easy to set up and use, the 14kg drum is vast. It's deeper than my old machine but no taller or wider yet the capacity is doubled. It runs quietly, the 59 minute general wash cycle is ideal for our weekday work gear, we've used the pre-wash with vanish and it is great at lifting stains and it's gentle on our clothes. We use underwear zip bags and even on a full load, if you leave the bag open it will empty the bag and distribute the underwear around the drum which demonstrates how well it turns the clothes to get a better clean. The door is also a pull/push with no moving catch or handle so there's less to break or go wrong. I'd recommend this machine to anybody."

"Initially great however 7 months in and the handle has broken off the filter clean part. I am now stuck with an error code as it won’t drain and Hoover customer service haven’t answered phone twice in half an hour. Really disappointing. "
