"The paddles in the drum started to loosen but not badly enough to return during first year. Shortly after they started to get caught in clothes and tearing them. Clearly a design or manufacturing error. Contacted AO and hoover, neither interested due to being outside of 1 yr warranty. Repair cost 2/3 price of buying a new replacement machine."
"This washer machine has lots of different modes. This meets our needs. It is energy efficient and has a huge 12Kg drum. It even tells me on my phone when is finished or how long it has left before completing its cycle.

"Product in itself looks great and arrived fine however it was faulty after one cycle and a call-out required. Pressure switch changed and running great but massive inconvenience waiting for the fix on a brand new product!"

The app is fab, especially if the hubby has forgotten to actually put his clothes on.
Noise? Hardly any.
