"The washing machine was delivered when expected but after teh first use the fabric softener tray would not drain. This persisted and we had to get a replacement as there was no fix."

"Love it. I only got the washing machine for the size drum it had and didn't really read all of the specifications. When I read through the manual and downloaded the app I was so surprised at all of the washing programs that it has and all the extra settings. The length of the programmes are also a surprise as on a different brand of washing machine the extra special programmes were so lengthy so I ended up using quick was on everything. This machine weighs the clothes with sensors and adjusts the time and water consumption accordingly. Worth every penny "

"So when I ordered this I had read loads of reviews, looks at loads of options and chose this based on reputation, parts warrantee and drum capacity. I have to say, so far a brilliant choice. I love its large drum, coupled with the large door opening, so it is easy yo put bulkier items like duvets in. Its Wi-Fi connectivity is a bit of a novelty, after all you may be able to programme it from your armchair or even your office at work, but you still have to put the washing in add detergent and close the door. That said the extra programming options via the app are great and I am very pleased with its cleaning ability and its quietness during operation. Only time will tell if it is truly a good buy, but so far I have no complaints."

"it has been nearly a month now i own the hoover washing machine, i love how quiet this is. my favourite program is all in one care cycle that takes 59mins and you can choose how much spins which i always set it up to 1400 and for my baby's clothes I like to use anti allergy cycle which takes 1hour and 9mins. i have not explored any other settings as i am happy with the setting i pick and cleanse my clothes well. i like how big the drum is, now i can wash duvets and pillows. this washing mashing recommends to use liquid detergent."

"I love how big the drum is and how much stuff I can get done in one wash, however the touch screen is a bit of a pain sometimes. You can press the buttons a lot and nothing happens, going to set this up to WiFi and see if controlling it through my phone is easier. "
