"Really pleased with our new fridge freezer. It was quick to freeze and is relatively quite in operation. The pull out freezer drawers are really convenient. The 10 year parts warranty is impressive."

"Ultimately its a good fridge freezer, loads of space, practical with the freezer drawers.
BUT... I can't overlook the fact that for the first week it didnt chill at all and therefore I was without a fridge for that period. Luckily i have a bulk freezer and the outside temperatures were below 4°C for the entire period. Mid-summer wwould've been a different matter.
The fault turned out to be an unattached wire connector to the compressor. A simple production oversight that should've been picked up prior to leaving the factory.
But like i say, once it works its fine."
