"The buttons are so small and did not work except occasionally by someone else. AO were very helpful and exchanged it for a machine with turn knobs, much easier for arthritic fingers and thumbs. The microwave was attractive and a large size, well suited to a bigger family. For someone who needs more cooking options it would be ideal."

"Simple to work out without having to read the manual, like the chunky handle and its simplicity of use. Only downside is it's surprisingly still not quite big enough for my favourite square plates on the turntable but otherwise very pleased with the item and as always Five stars to AO for their great service."

"Works well and gets the job done. Didn't rate as 5 star because I found when it was on for long periods of time a dry burning smell occurred. This stops though once not in use and hasn't happened every time the microwave is on. Lovely slick design, perfect size and easy on the eye."
