"I have given a three star rating due to the fact the item developed a clunking turntable. It escalated to a banging if left on longer. The escalation team of the manufacturer tried to say some noise is normal and they'd had a few complaints of a noisy turntable so ao changed the product, which I had only had for five months, and I am giving it another go. The turntable doesn't make a clunking sound but neither did the first one for five months. Lets hope this one lasts."

"Clever little microwave -easy to operate too "
"Having used it for a week the microwave looks well and it almost blends into the surroundings with the dark black colour and design.
It's slightly smaller inside than my previous model despite being slightly larger in width but the depth is good so allows for it to be set back further than a model of similar or lesser width such as a Samsung.
One downside is that it doesn't feel as well built as a Samsung and this appears to be due to the grill shield inside the unit which vibrates when opening and closing the door.
It looks to get food hot quite quick but features such as choosing to cook a jacket potato are not there as you would get with more expensive microwaves.
Also things like defrosting certain types of food such as fish, bread and meats all use the same defrost button.
I guess I need to use it some more in order to test the functionality out on different food and frozen food.
