"Great microwave for the price. Only downside is that it is very loud! I guess that is okay, however, since the kitchen is in a separate room that muffles the sound somewhat.
Heats up a cup of coffee great. Just need to push the number 1 and it will automatically start heating for one full minute. Has popcorn mode, etc.. Best part is that the microwave is quite large so I can easily put in large plates or several smaller tupperware containers to heat them at the same time.
Haven't used the grill yet but the heating elements look excellent."

"Our Kenwood microwave failed adter eight years reliable service. We do most of our cooking by combination of microwave and grill. We needed a replacement - fast!
AO.com provided one within a few days which had all the facilities of our previous machine. It's quiet. At 900W it cooks quickly and with a spinning turntable the food comes out hot and evenly cooked.
I was dubious about buying a macine from a manufacturer I'd never heard of but the AO.com guarantee put my mind at rest. The Hisense also comes with a manufacturer's 2 year warrantee.
I wish they'd made it in brushed chrome, rather than black, as all out other kitchen appliances are brushed chrome but that is the only criticism "

"Switched on and burning smell and smoke from motor; terribly disappointed. Straight into AO and spoke to Graham who was Brillaint, nothing was too much trouble and he phoned us several times during the day to help us with a replacement which they are sending Monday. Terrible product but exceptional customer service and restored my faith in dealing with a human; thank you Graham. MJ"

"Really impressed with the look and size of this microwave, I haven't had a chance to try out all the features yet .
The only negative is , why does it need to beep 5 times when it's finished? One beep is plenty."
