"Bought this because it was a good and quiet microwave. We can’t use it as it has an exceptionally loud and piercing beep at the end of cooking time, which is not able to be silenced. (This despite the fact you can remove the keypad noise) AO brilliant at organising a refund and collection. "

"Bigger than expected, but it works so well. Super intuitive to use, and easy to clean. It fits our square dinner plates, which is a first for a microwave in our house. "
