"Machine had broken down 4 days after installation by AO. Have had to book a repair man to come out 6 days later and I am still waiting.
Machine showing lots of error codes - can’t clear them even on factory reset. Also when it did work for a day program times were observed longer than hat we requested.
Not happy at all - now a week plus without a washing machine. My advice - make sure you take cover out on top on manufactures guarantee. Also ask yourself do you need a 11kg drum and such a complicated machine."
