"Washes really well. drum is huge so great for a busy family. Buttons are not good, feel like i press and press and the wash never starts. then press again and off it goes having done nothing different."

"Product had a faulty drying sensor and malfunctioned after 6 weeks of ownership. So product was rubbish. Hoover wanted to send an engineer out to fix the problem, I was treated with such respect and as a valued customer I was told that it would be two weeks before an engineer could call. Being less than happy with this outcome, I called AO and the lady I spoke with was quite tenacious and persuaded Hoover to give me my money back. So I bought a Sharp washer dryer instead which so far has been excellent.
AO 5 stars.

"A great value washer dryer. Had not previously had one before so wasn’t sure what to expect. There a many different options and programmes which is good but also still trying to work out what ones work best us. The first time we used the combined washer dryer was for blankets the cycle was about 3 hours in total for wash and dry and they came out completely dry and really soft. The look of the machine is great with a big door and fits into the space perfectly. So far I am pretty happy with it but will need to work out the settings a bit more. "

"I can tell you for sure this machine makes my towels etc visibly cleaner than my old machine I put them next to the towels the old one had done and they were much whiter. No doubt about it. So I'm happyvwith this machine plus it's all built in so no seperate dryer. The remote app is great too. "
"This machine is great. Big drum 10kg wash and 6kg dry. Fantastic for a family wash. Lots of programs and economy ones as well. Its definitely the best washer dryer we've had. "
