"Smaller size fits well. Not great material as the metal casing is weak and prone to bending when moving the washing machine into place

"Its a good machine, much quieter than our old one, simple to install and washes well.
Only niggle is to use the phone app it needs a 2.4Ghz wi-fi connection, as mine is 5Ghz the app wont work and I'm not downgrading my devices, as I say only a slight niggle, it's easy enough to walk into the utility room and switch the washer on."

"Amazing product! I read so many bad reviews regarding a washer dryer and was going to purchase separately but due to the lack of space to store two machines I decided to go for this and I’m so glad I did! It’s amazing!! I can do around 3 large wash loads a day and that includes being dried. It takes around 3-4 hours for a complete wash and dry cycle which is around the same time as the separate machines would take. The 10kg wash load is fantastic and the different range of cycles is amazing. I can’t recommend this product enough! I purchased from AO as I heard their customer service was brilliant and it really is! They go above and beyond for their customers. The next time I need an appliance or new electrical item I will be purchasing from them again! "

"Good washer/dryer with large capacity and a good range of programmes, including a rapid wash. Although it does offer WiFi connectivity this is somewhat cumbersome via a badly designed app - do not buy for this feature. "
