"As soon as I unpacked this I knew it was not going to last. All the plastic parts are so cheap and flimsy. The drawer pops out all the time. The flap at the bottom would not close properly. It wouldn't connect to the app. The time is never right on the countdown timer. And finally after 14 months it has shown an error and is now not working. Is this machine fit for purpose? I would say not at all. It feels like a very cheap washing machine whilst being a mid range machine. I would have expected a better build quality and to last at least a few years. Very disappointed. "
