"I don't usually write reviews.....however to help you decide whether to purchase this machine, please read. The machine had to have an engineer out within 1 week of install to have the motor and belt changed due to a noise which sounded like stones going around, then another fault the next week with a high pitched scream so ao.com arranged for a replacement. The new replacement machine also developed a fault to which Hoover wanted to send the engineer again, however ao.com jumped in and sorted this immediately. Perhaps I had a run of bad luck. It doesn't handle a heavy load (bed linen or towels) unless you are willing to weigh your washing before putting it in to balance the load. I now have a completely different brand and machine being delivered (more expensive, don't buy cheap or buy twice). The one thing I cannot fault is the customer service of ao.com, they have been incredible, James D in particular. You wouldn't get this service anywhere else and although it has been frustrating I will be 100% using them again."

"The machine has capacity for a large load and is very quiet when running and spinning which is a bonus. Great washing machine for the price, it has plenty of functions, but like most things I will probably only utilise a few of them. The operating instructions are clear and the machine itself is easy to programme. So although early days no complaints as yet.

"I wanted to wait until I used the machine regularly to post a review so I could use it on several settings. The large load is great for washing towels and my dog's bedding, which need washed regularly. The quick wash options are excellent to freshen up throws and cushion covers. The machine is easy to use and runs quietly, even on a high spin setting. Great value for money too - I'm delighted with it."
