Come to use it and it doesn't work.
It starts up, starts to wash then flips into standby, you restart and it does exactly the same again. 6 hours to do a 20 minute wash. Called the manufacturer who told me to switch off take the plug out for 2 hours and try again. Which I did and the same happened..
Its Christmas eve, I ring back and they are closed. Merry Christmas, my brand new washer is defunked and my washing is piling up for Christmas ?? "

"This replaced our previous BEKO washing machine that had started to bang and make all sorts of noise. We can't believe how quiet this machine is and have already made use of the super quick fast wash.
Only issue I had installing was I needed to move the hinges on the door for it to fit, but once that was done everything just slotted into place."
