"Good cheap washing machine, whole process from start to finish was great. Booking slot installation everything very smooth. I've always used Beko. Glad the have a recycled tub now. Mine generally last a Few years but take an absolute hammering usage wise with a large family."

"I brought this machine as my previous Beko lasted 9 years. It's very quiet even during the 1600 spin, I like the fact I can shorten the program times with pushing a button, but the best bit is the door can be opened immediately the program ends. None of this annoying waiting for 2 minutes which used to drive me nuts. "

"Really excited to do my first wash until the drum started banging, squealing & creaking even at low speeds. I bought this as many of the reviews said how quiet it was. Drum operation is definitely not normal... Had to do the rounds with Beko customer care in an offshore call centre which involved trying to read an impossibly small serial number. Have to wait another week for an engineer to come and confirm it's faulty. Oh, and to make matters worse the machine is now advertised at a lower price and I will have to go through the price match shenanigans. Probably end up rejecting it and buying a Bosch tbh. It's not possible to leave a ZERO rating either."
