"Initially had an issue that despite what it says in the manual ( paper and pdf versions) this machine does not have a 1400 spin speed . Also that it’s vital to do a drum clean cycle prior to first use as this calibrates the programming. At first the door would remain locked for several minutes after a wash until I did the drum clean cycle. Maybe this information in the manual should be highlighted rather than tiny print .
Since these initial problems I’m now loving the machine . It washes well even on the Quick program and is economical to run.
This machine replaced a Beko I’d had for over 10 years and when we were a family of 5 for most of that time . I have high hopes that this machine is going to be as reliable ."

"Great capacity, very quiet spin compared to our last beko. Easy settings. Only flaws no self-clean setting and sometimes small items like baby socks get stuck between door and seal on a wash.
Overall very pleased and fitters were great too "
"Good machine overall, it is pretty quiet and clothes come out smelling fresh. The only downside (and my reason for giving 4 stars) is that there are only a handful of wash options which use 1600 spin and to me this is a huge let down. For example, if you were to run the machine under the "mixed" setting (which is what I tend to use) then you would be limited to a maximum of 1200 spin. The downside to this is that the clothes will not be as dry which means more time spent in the tumble dryer."
