"the product is good, but ao.com is not. I received an email message from AO at the time of the delivery to say that as there was no one at home, the product would not be delivered and that I will then have to rearrange it at extra cost. The ridiculously funny thing was that I was at home, and there was no sign of the delivery at all. Then I contacted the delivery driver from a missed call I got, and the poor guy was standing at the door of a house at least quarter of a mile away and he complained that he was knocking at the door and that I was not answering!! Spent quite a bit of time trying to give him the directions despite the bad mobile phone signal in my area ( now who is going to fix that!!!), and managed to get the product delivered. Meanwhile, AO sent another email with a form prompting me to rearrange the delivery.....!! The product itself is very good."

"It’s early days but so far working really well and so much quieter than my earlier model. It was refitted perfectly into my kitchen which is always a worry with integrated appliances. If it lasts over 8 years like it’s predecessor, I will be very happy."

"Bought this machine Oct 20. It broke down after 1 month and I got a replacement. Worked fine till now when it will only work on 1 setting. My repairman has said it’s the pcb but the part isn’t available. He told the this is an increasing problem with Beko spares. So looks like a new machine after only 2.5 yrs. next machine won’t be a Beko. "
