"1st delivery time was delayed and ended up being due around 9pm or later so I paid the £20 for a timed delivery the following week. Customer service and driver communication throughout was excellent, apologetic, and happy to rearrange. Fitting and connection was done efficiently with care and respect, again excellent. I’ve only dropped a star because the information booklet doesn’t give timings for any of the numerous programmes and it seems there’s nothing between a very brief wash and a very long wash. Overall AO were faultless and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again."
