"The drum is quite small so can’t do a big load of washing and the dryer takes a long time to dry even the little of things, and I’m now waiting for an engineer as the drum has came loose only after 2 uses "

"Really pleased so far. It has a good range of programs and is quite quiet. The quick wash is only 28 minutes so ideal when getting uniforms clean for the next day. It also has a drain and rinse option which is only 12 minutes. All programs can be shortened and it tells you how long is left. Drying cycles perform well which is not always the case for washer dryers. Down side is that it is not intuitive how to make some aspects work so need to read the manual which is loooong with small print! Haven't had it that long but seems good so far and a fair price. "

"To be honest I was hoping for better results with the steam injection and anti crease technology described, but my washing is coming out more creased than with my old machine making my ironing load even worse than ever!
