"a.o. did not give us the option to pay them to reverse the door of the freezer, which eventually we did ourselves. Bought this freezer to gain more freezing capacity and that is a success. However, there is very little room to put your fingers into the top void of the door to open the door and so we just pull it open on the side. My husband cannot get his hand into the top of the door at all - this is poor design and could easily be rectified and neither of us are big people."
