"Freezer is very quiet in operation, I can't even hear it to be honest. I've got it on the max 3 setting and it's down very cold. The drawers are a good size and I can get loads of items in there. Some previous reviewers said the door was awkward to open because it was so small where you grip it, and I worried about that, but I actually find it OK. If you had absolutely HUGE hands, then it might be an issue, but as I said, no problem for me with average size hands. Delivery by AO was quick and efficient. They removed all the packaging for me and took it away, installed my freezer where I wanted it, and they also took my old fridge/freezer away. In and out and everything installed in just a few minutes. Very pleased with the purchase. Will definitely use AO again."
