"I love this freezer. Looks good, works well with lots of drawer space. No complaints. All round good value, looks like a more expensive model.

"The design is nice overall but it is super hard to open. The seal is really tight. To open you need both hands as you need one to press against the freezer and one to pull the door open. If you have arthritis of any kind I do not reccomend.
Hotpoint were kind enough to send out a air seal to help with this issue but it does not help.
I am not happy with this purchase due to the difficulty in opening. "
