"Sadly this fridge was no replacement for the one that it replaced which was a Hotpoint in the”Future “ range (I now understand this range has been discontinued by Hotpoint) I decided to contact AO with a view to returning it to them as this fridge came with a 100 day return guarantee .I felt the easiest way to solve the problem I had was for me to change the freezer I had with a different make and order a fridge to match. AO were happy with this arrangement and the Hotpoint was returned at the same time as they delivered the replacements .
All the negotiations were conducted to make this possible with the minimum inconvenience .l"
