"Freezer frosted up withing a day. Hacked out big hunks of ice. Within a couple of days you couldn't open the bottom drawer. So, not exactly frost free as advertised. After a month and several defrosts I used my (completely worthless) peace-of-mind extended warranty and got an engineer who took the back plate off but couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. He said it wasn't fixable and I'd need to call up to get a replacement. I've been trying for two days. All you get is 5 minutes of adverts and nonsense then they say they're too busy for your call, phone some other time. Garbage, I'll never buy any other Whirlpool/Hotpoint product again."
